Capicola

A tender boneless pork shoulder available in "Semi-Dry" or "Dry Cured" variations. "Hot" is rolled in red pepper and paprika. "Sweet" is less spicy and rolled in black pepper. Great for appetizer and party platter recipes.

Ciabatta

(Italian pronunciation: [tjaˈbaːta]) is an Italian white bread made with wheat flour and yeast, which was invented in 1982. The loaf is somewhat elongated, broad and flattish and should be somewhat collapsed in the middle.

Cooked Salami
